Full & Part Time

£12,000 – £16,000 basic salary, plus 25% bonus scheme

We require Customer Service Advisors to join our growing insurance company. Working in our call centre you will be talking with our existing customers and dealing with their enquires.

Experience of working in insurance or customer services will be an advantage but most important will be your enthusiasm and desire to provide excellence in customer services.

In addition to the basic salary between £12,000 and £16,000 you will have the opportunity to be rewarded for your performance through our bonus scheme earning additional monthly bonuses of up to 25%. Much of our recruitment arises from existing staff gaining promotions within the company and everyone will gain development opportunities by undertaking insurance qualifications or in-house training courses.
