It’s hard to believe that in just over 5 years Commercial Vehicle Direct has gone from six people in a small office to the largest specialist commercial vehicle insurance broker in the UK with more than 150 employees. Building on this success we continue to experience growth and success.

What’s it like to work for CVD?

"My name is Debbie Clapp I have worked as a Customer Service Advisor for 6 months. I joined CVD having worked in insurance previously, for both Motorcycle Direct and prior to that Hill House Hammond.

I have worked for other Insurance companies but the real difference is that CVD has a great fun atmosphere, and everyone knows each other, I love working here. I have also been able to make the most of the monthly bonuses which are better than I have had the chance to earn elsewhere.

I have already been given the opportunity to buddy up with new starters and help them learn our systems, which I have really enjoyed. I can see other opportunities to continue to develop and see my next big opportunity as progressing to become a Senior Advisor."
